What is the Rental Income Sharing Model?

Our model allows individuals to participate in real estate income by investing in professionally managed rental properties. The company handles everything — leasing, furnishing, listing, and tenant management — and shares the rental income proportionally with investors or property partners.

How does the Company generate rental income?

The Company acquires or leases premium properties and lists them on global platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and corporate leasing channels. The rental income earned from these listings is shared as per agreed terms.

What is Fractional Ownership?

Fractional ownership means multiple investors jointly hold financial participation in a property or project. Instead of owning the entire property, each investor owns a share and receives returns based on that proportion.

Do investors receive fixed returns?

No. Returns depend on the actual rental income generated by the property. Monthly or quarterly payouts are made based on occupancy and earnings.

What happens if there is no rental income in a particular month?

If a property remains vacant or under maintenance, there will be no payout for that period. Once income resumes, payouts continue normally.

What is the minimum investment amount?

The minimum investment amount is decided by the Company based on the property or project type.

Is there a lock-in period?

Yes, generally there is a 12-month lock-in period to ensure business stability. After that, investors can request exit with prior notice.

How can an investor exit from the project?

Investors can exit after the lock-in period by giving a written notice. The Company will facilitate exit through replacement or asset liquidation as per terms.

Is my investment safe?

Every project is managed under a structured system with full transparency, but returns depend on market performance and occupancy levels. There is no fixed or guaranteed return.

Who manages the property?

All operations — from furnishing to tenant handling — are fully managed by the Company's professional team.

What kind of properties are offered?

We focus on premium residential, co-living, vacation rental, and commercial leasing spaces that generate consistent rental income.

Can I visit the property I have invested in?

Yes, visits can be scheduled with prior notice and company approval, depending on occupancy.

Who handles maintenance and repairs?

All regular maintenance, furnishing, and repairs are managed by the Company. Expenses are covered through the operational costs before income distribution.

Is there any legal agreement between the Company and the investor/customer?

Yes, every investor/customer signs an official agreement outlining investment terms, rental share, and exit policy.

Does the Company have a license to operate?

Are taxes applicable on rental income?
